With over 15 years of experience, Erick Rivas has played a significant role in managing project coordination between consultants and construction managers– from design to conflict resolution– while providing quick and resourceful solutions on and off the field. His experience includes residential projects requiring new construction, renovations, and additions, as well as institutional developments. Also experienced with city permits and state approvals, his responsibilities include management of working drawings, and ensuring clarity of design intent through construction to ensure project quality and completion. Erick is an expert in Revit, and specializes in ADA code compliance. Erick was named an Associate Partner of the firm in 2022.
